What you will need:

Thank you for choosing a First Choice Bank account. Before you begin, you should know that applicants must be at least 18 years old.  Please have the following information nearby to make the application process quick and easy:

• Your social security number to protect your bank account information.
• Your driver’s license, so you can enter the number exactly as it appears on the card.  We will also need a photocopy or fax of it if you do not currently have an account with First Choice Bank.
• Your e-mail address, so we can communicate with you throughout the account opening process.
• Co-applicant information, if you are opening a joint account
• The name of the account you wish to apply for
• Your residential address – if you receive mail at a P.O. Box, you will also need your street address to enter in the initial account holder information.  Your P.O. Box address may be entered in the mailing address section.

How will you make your opening deposit?

For Checking Accounts

Here are the methods you may use to open your account:

1. Check by Mail – Once your application is approved, we’ll send you a postage paid envelope to return a check to us.
2. ACH Transfer – Once your application is approved, we will electronically transfer the amount you request from your Bank.
3. Transfer from another First Choice Account – If you are transferring from another First Choice account, have your account number handy.

For CDs and Savings Accounts

You may open a CD or Savings account with the following methods:

1. Check by Mail – Once your application is approved, we’ll send you a postage paid envelope to return a check to us.

3. Transfer from Another Account – If you are transferring from a First Choice account, have your account number handy.
